HOPE+ is a care-centred initiative focused on the emotional and mental well-being of mothers
Emotional health is as important as physical health
Mothers deserve care, not constant resilience
Support does not have to be clinical to be meaningful
HOPE+ Voices
Real stories by and for mothers. Listen to our podcast and storytelling series where working moms share their honest experiences – from burnout and guilt to resilience and joy – in their own words, breaking the silence around motherhood.
Resources
Practical support for everyday mental health. Explore our library of gentle guides, tips, and tools on managing stress, coping with “mom guilt,” balancing identity, and handling the invisible mental load. All resources are easy-to-read and care-based, designed for a busy mom’s life.
Peer Support Circles
Community and connection. Join a small group of mothers (online or in-person) where you can speak freely and be heard without judgment. These circles are safe, confidential spaces to share stories, trade advice, or simply exhale among friends who understand.
Collaborate With Us
A call to partner in our mission. We welcome NGOs, companies, wellness organizations, and kind individuals to help expand this circle of support. Together, we can reach more mothers and build a culture that values their well-being.
Why HOPE+ Matters
HOPE+ is a narrative-led movement dedicated to designing “feminist, mother-centered ecosystems of care” for working mothers.
Many mothers manage paid work, caregiving, household responsibilities, and emotional labour — all at once.
Yet:
- Their stress is normalised
- Their guilt is internalised
- Their emotional needs are rarely addressed
Most support systems focus on productivity, children, or physical health.
Very few ask: “How is the mother doing?”
HOPE+ begins with that question.
Every mother carries a story that deserves to be heard. By sharing your experience with HOPE+, you help break the silence around motherhood and emotional well-being. Your words may become comfort and strength for another mother walking a similar path.
Note: Your Stories will be posted on the HOPE+ Voices.
